Passover Appeal
Maot Chittim 5784
Maot Chittim (lit, "Wheat Money") is a time-honoured tradition of collecting money for indigent people within a Jewish community, to help them celebrate the festival of Passover with dignity. This custom reaches back millenia. The Dublin Jewish Board of Guardians works with families in need in our community. Their work is quiet - sometimes the families themselves don't even realise from where the assistance is coming.
